Essentials of Electronic Testing for Digital
Hey, does anyone know where I can find the ebook and solution manual for the following book:

Essentials of Electronic Testing for Digital, Memory, & Mixed-Signal VLSI Circuits (Authors are: Michael L. Bushnell, and Vishwani D. Agrawal).
Please PLease , i have less point , if someone has them , plz upload then on rapidshare and tell me the address ...
