Xilinx ISE Synthesis tool
Does any one know what synthesis tool is used in Xilinx ISE 6.3i.

Is it Xilinx Synthesis technology (XST) or Synplicity Synplify. I have read somewhere that from ISE 6.2i Synplicity has merged its physical synthesis tool inside ISE Environment. Is it true?

I had worked on Xilinx ISE 6.3i,7.1i,8.1i,8.2i but doesn't find any mention of
Synplify Pro.It only uses Xilinx Synthesis Tool(XST).

Xilinx ISE Synthesis tool
you have a misunderstand

you can invoke Synplify from within Xilins and vice versa

yes , the synplify tool is integrated in the ISE , so you can invoke it !
