i think the whatever cadence tool you are using, should have come with documents to learn about them. These are really good and reliable source of learning.

If you are looking for cadence tutorials than register to the site
www.sourcelink.cadence.com

It is a sort of Central repository of Cadence.
Search there for whatever documents you want.

Download it and read it

I think your problem is solved

You can get documentation for free. Search google.

About the tools there are no free versions available.
