hi,
i remember that in analog design environment window, you can find the simulation menu, click it and you will find options --> analog, click it, and you can change the simulation accuracy by reltol and vabstol like in hspice.
may it help.

simpliest answer is - let say you run transient sim. Then you can choose between conservative, moderate and one more which I forget how they name it.
So if you choose between them and then in analog options look at reltol abstol how it is changed and from there you will see how to change those if you want to increase/decrease accuracy.

if you want to use the more accurate as default, you can define them in cdsinit file

You also can improve the accuray by setting the simulation step.
