| when i create a layout in my layout editor,a layout directory is created and four files are created in it,they are layout.cd%,layout.cdb,master.tag,pc.db.Could any one explain why they are created and what is their use.

Hi
layout.cdb is the main data of your layout ,the layout.cd% is your backup layout file,the other 2 files ,I don't know about them too^^
