Transmission is done in a particular direction by propagating the e.m. waves. So, propagation is the way of doing transmission.
Emission may or may not contain infomation. If sufficient excitation is done on any fillamanet, emiision starts as the outmost electrrons gers sufficient energy to get liberated from th surface where they were earlier.
Sending is just diapath of information or data.
