Hi,

Q1. What is USB OTG?

USB OTG is a protocol for USB that allows each USB device to act as a host or a device.

Q2. Is there any OTG 1.1 spec?

I am not sure but I think yes

Q3. USB OTG 1.1 HOST can connect to USB `1.1 device?

A USB OTG host can act as a totally normal host when connected to a non OTG device

Q4. What different between USB OTG HOST and USB HOST?

A USB OTG host can change roles and be a device when connected to USB OTG device.
