I think you can find the material regarding two stages op amp at many electronic text book.
"analysis and design of analog integrated circuits" is one of the very good book.

i think 'Design of analog cmos integrated circuits' by Behzad Razavi will help you most.
also Sedra and Smith is also very good book for beginers.
