Hi all!
I am planned use Low Side FET Switch in output. Reading the manufature specification I founded that the NIF5002NT3G (On Semiconductor) have overtemperature and overcurrent limit. Anyone have experience with this device? In my case are for autommotive application and the loads connected in switch maybe a external relays or other commons autommotive loads (like sirens, for example). Itīs necessary any special requeriments?
