| i have study the document about voltagestorm ,but there is no detail introduction of powermeter except the brief,so i don't know how to use it

You can find it in the installation area. something like this:
../cadence/voltagestorm/x.x.x/common/doc
Hope you'll find.

| yup,,,a heavy document folder contains diff documents for each tool can be found in all the cadence tool installation area
