Hi Every Body,
This is Ravi, I have been controlling an Relay with my controller, but unfortunately when I put Relay ON using my controller and if Controller gets RESET during any condition Relay get's TRIPED(Toggled) so inorder to over come this problem Im searching for an IC with SR Flip Flop.
Searching for an IC with Bistable Astable Mulitvibrator circuit inbuilt. Can any body suggest me which suits my application.

You could use a CD4013, this ic is Dual D-Type Flip-Flop with set - reset inputs.

Hi,
CD 4043 A is a quad NOR S/R latch.
CD 4044 A is a quad NAND S/R latch.
