I have received the offer from it, I will be employed as an IC designer.
Anyone know something about this company?

Cuz I am not so familiar with its Microelectronics Department, I just thought it only manufactured cell-phone batteries, I wanna get some information about its Microelectronic Department, thank you in advance.

I think it is not very good.
Although it contributes on some projects seemed promising, there are so few experienced engineers working on them. Maybe, it is a good opportunity for a fresh man. Because you can join in the projects to develop your experence.

Thank you for your advice.
I have worked at BYD for more than 1 weeks, the working environment is ok not bad 'cause all the guys here are friendly and the pressure here isn's so heavy as many other companies in Shenzhen, as you said, maybe I can gain some experience here.
