I've tried just now,but it's all right with the downloaded attachments.
By the way,you have to download both of part 1 and part 2 in the same file directory.
They can't be unrar separately.
Good Luck!

My friend, i was asking for layout books before, like you. But believe me, you can get or buy 100 books, if you do not work with the layout tools, and if you don't ask collegues about layout issues, you won't learn anything. You must do the layout, you must break your head in different walls, you must ask for the answers, and only then you will do what si called LEARNING. If you start by reading, you will spend 1 or 2 month reading, then when you will begin the layout, you won't know where to start. And you just have lost 2 month.

Think about it.Very Happy

Best regards

agree!
Reading a book , then work with layout . And you will meet some questions. Find the answer in the book, do the layout again.
I think it wiil be a better way!
