| I think that that was just a debugger.. i need programmer too.. Have anybody made device which includes those two parts? Thanks beforehand!

| ICD2 isn't only a debbuger. It's a programmer too.

Yes you must have bootloader in 16F876. All further information you will find on this forum. Use search to find creazyduck's topic about building icd2 clone.
