spice documentation


hi all.
iam using SPICE for power analyis.
i must prepare report on this.wherever i search iam finding material on statements of SPICE but not on how models are made.
so plz suggest some links or e-books for this task.

this book is specific.i want in general how models of a device are used in analysis of a circuit.u can send me some links also.
