Hello friends.
I have designed the combiners/dividers for FM band on both FR-4 as well as PTFE substrates.
Now i need to get information about the specifications of combiner/divider with their experimental setup. I need to test these pcbs. Can any one suggest me what should the possible ideal setup for testing combiner/divider?
I'm supposed to find out the return loss that it VSWR IN, VSWR OUT, INSERTION LOSS, PORT TO PORT ISOLATION.
Please suggest me a perfect set up for testing. A block diagram would be perfect or else if you also have a reference link it'd cool.
Thank you.
Regards.

well i am not sure what you have to test, but in short i would think a VNA and
some 50 ohm loads, then get to measuring s paramaters, if you are not sure what i mean, then ask more and i will elleaborate

Thanks for answering. See i have a microstrip of power combiner/splitter designed for 97.5 MHz which is the center frequency of the FM band. Now i need to test these devices. What do you suggest would be the set up for the measurement?
Consider an example of 2 way splitter and 2 way combiner. I can generalize it for the other things.
I think your suggestion is valid. Network analyzer and 50Ω terminations are used in the setup. But what would be the setup for all the parameters? I am not able to make it out? Can you send me any link? Moreover I want to have the odd even mode analysis of the power splitter. Can you help me with it?
Thank You very much.
Regards.
