It says that any ideal filter is unrealizable. It has the form3$\int_{-\infty}^{\infty}\frac{ln|H(\omega)|}{1+\omega^{2}}d\omega<\infty

If for example we consider a simple ideal low pass filter of cut off frequency 3$\omega_0 then the response is zero beyond 3$|\omega_0|. Then from the above equation it is not satisfied by ideal low pass filter. same is the case for any ideal filters.
