simetrix models

Hi,

Can anyone please help: I am trying to use hspice models (.lib) in SIMetrix, but although the software announced that I succeeded in uploading the models, when I try to run a simulation, after placing the element from the model library, I get an error that the model isn't recognized. I tried to define a path to the model through F11, but that didn't work either.

Thanks in advance,

Sharas

hi sharas,

Whether the extension of your model library file is .lib or .lb.
