Dear All ;

i will be grateful for u if any one could help me about "How to read and summarize any communications engineering paper(or proceeding"?
since it is required from me to select any paper and comment as well as post a summary....

hi..
research papers can be understood by a person with very deep knowledge...

my style of consulting papers is as following (b/c my knowledge is not that deep)

u must have read the abstract first and try to understand what the writer (researceher) want to say and what is his research..
then u must have proper books (and internet connection) so that u can see the technical terms about which u don't know...
some equations and graphs might not be understood;so leave them..
see the end result of the paper...

HINT: if u see understand the abstract given at start and the results at the end, u can easily write about that paper what it want to say...Smile
