I am working on an amplifier module as specified below:
- Work on 800 to 1900 MHz band.
- 2 Watts output
- input as low as 0 dBm
Can someone suggest a good RF power amplifier module (IC) please.

Actually, I need some kind of small outline IC that can be implemented easily. Not so sensitive for matching or else.
I am using WJ AH312.
Has anyone used this IC and got it work, please advise.

| This is a Dual Band GSM PA. You can find it by some manufacturer such as RFMD, Philips, Triquint etc..
