Hello there,
How can i design the size of cells using MATLAB according to traffic levels?
In other words, i have a map of subscribers and i want to design the clusters and cells that will
contain those users and serve them.
How can this be done using MATLAB?
I made some searches but i didn't understand them about the SOM toolbox (or something like this)
and neural networks, any ideas???
Please, i need some help guys
