5.8 GHz and 80 GHz components

Hi,

I'm looking for broad band microwave components working in 5.8 and 80 GHz.
Local oscillator 5.8 & 80
Modulator 5.8
Mixer 80
Low noise amplifier and power amplifier 80

any help please??? I searched Maxim, USC, Hittie, Motorla, TI and Philips. May be my search was not accurate due to many components they have.

Regards

80 Ghz for what type of stuff? Hittite has some 77 Ghz commercial stuff.

Re: 5.8 GHz and 80 GHz components

Hi,

I'd like to build kind of communication system.

I've got many things working at 77 GHz for Automative but the problem is IF frequency is up to 100 MHz only.

Any source for components at 5.8 GHz like oscillator and modulator ??
