hi everyone, i am trying to simulate microstrip patch antenna with HFSS but the resonant frequnecy and edge impedence don't give same results with calculator.
if anyone has tutorial about MSPA i will be pleasured to shared HFSS files,

Can you please send me the HFSS tutorial you posted 4 Mar 2006. I am new to the website and do not have enough points to download. I am currently using HFSS 11. any other useful tutorials also please. I have just started using HFSS and want to design a rectangular patch antenna. email: mujumdar_maanas(at)yahoo.co.in
I also wish to study the effect of mutual coupling using the same software. How should i go about doing it?

I'm in need of a tutorial that teaches how to use parametrics in HFSS. I'm good with modeling, analysis, solution setup, data export of S-parameters, but have no clue how to paramaterize different elements of my design.

I think it is hard to find most of them in english but i am not sure u can find in spanish good luck

Probe and microstrip-line feeds also excite higher-order modes of the antenna in addition to the dominant mode and crosspolarised radiation is produced.

How do I simulate a Monopole Antenna with HFSS 11?
Im a total beginner with the Programm and I have to do a WLAN "Cantenna". Is there a good tutorial how to do the exitation? Because so far I only did two Tutorial that use dipole Antennas with a lumped port.
