Some of my friends can offer IC design service. There are different kinds of analog IP, special memory, High speed IO and so on . Because this is private company, so the price may far lower than mainstream price.

I'm freelance researcher in nanoscale CMOS technology with pretty good publication background. Actually I provide customized training in cutting-edge IC design to both industry and academia.
I also provide consulting services for characterization, modeling and analysis of devices in the sub-65nm range, new code models for SPICE, device integration in freeware simulators such as ngspice. This is all done by freelance researchers working with me and very very efficient and economical.
