Hi,
Here is the website for 802.16e <http://www.ieee802.org/16/tge/>. Maybe you have known it. Well, just hope it can help a little bit.
An article about the standard can be found <http://standards.ieee.org/announcements/pr_p80216.html>. It seems have been completed. But I guess you have to buy the standard from IEEE, just the same as ITU standard.
