Searching with google you'll find a lot of schematics of any kind.

Among them seems to be interesting this one:

In this one all restoration process is controlled by one PIC16F84.

I have used google befor i start this tobic but i didn't find any good results
what keywords did you use I used "crt charger" & "crt regenerator"

I found this site looking for ESR Meter schematic, discovering that have much more...

I think that best keywords may be:

"crt restorer"

"crt rejuvenator"

"crt reactivator"

Another good (IMHO) schematic is:

I found this schematic in a lot of other sites with some modifications... but the "original" comes from "comunidadelectronicos"
