usb fpga programmer
I've decided to release this program as freeware. It can be used to configure Spartan 2 FPGAs from Xilinx (and maybe other families) using the USB interface. Have fun.

FPGA programmer for Spartan family (USB)
I've designed it and tested it only on spartan 2, XC2S15 and XC2S200. No idea about other families. If the serial programming specification of Spartan 3 are identical with Spartan 2, then it should work, but I cannot guarante that. Please see Xilinx serial prog. specs.
