If you find nothing, you can request a manual from Tek. If it is in PDF format they may email it to you free. Worth a try

E-design the first thing that I do is to reg myself in the tektronix site. They ask me for model and serial number. I write this things but they say that my serial is invalid 
I ask for local support via email here in Bulgaria, but nothing yet
