for beginners i suggest LINEAR INTEGRATED CIRCUITS authored by ROYCHOUDRY D, JAIN S WILEY EASTERN publishers
also OP-AMPS AND LINEAR INTEGRATED CIRCUITS written by RAMAKANT A GAYAKWAD by PRENTICE HALL, INC publisher
