I have never heard of a real device cross reference except for the ones offered by the IC manufacturers. For datasheets and suppliers and some cross-reference try the following:

http://www.alldatasheet.com/
http://www.electronicproducts.com/
I prefer ICMASTER but that is subjective.

| Tcad soft can describe the cross reference of device,that soft belongs to Avant! Corporation. But Avant! Corporation have been taked over by Synopsis Corporation three years ago.
