Hello, This is my first post. Want some guidance

Hello,

I was browsing through the forum and found it very interesting due to its diverse nature:)
I have done BSc in Computer Engineeering, but my field of interest is Microwaves, and I want to pursue my MS and PhD in Microwaves.
But I am not sure which University is good.
I would be very very grateful if anyone list some of Good Universities in Germany or US offering a good Masters degree in this field. Thankyou.

Thankyou very much for your reply,

California Berkely will be difficult for me to get admission in, due to my past academic record. But if my GRE scores are good, will that compensate for my previous academic records???
I will also check California Santa Barbara.

Anyways thankyou so much for the reply.
