if you mean "how to compile C code for the 8051" then the answer is that you should have a compiler like Keil or SDCC. actually the question you have asked is very strange so i think there might be a little bit of confusion here.
in case you want to know how to make a .C file then Davood Amerion has given you the right answer

Hello,
He want to know how to write or code for 8051 using C language. For this I suggest you book EMBEDDED C by Mr. PONT. This book will show you how to code 8051 using C. It assumes you know C and little bit of digital electronics and 8051.
