rs485 half duplex from rs232
Hello,

somebody know how convert the protocol RS232 (RX and TX) to RS485 2 Wires (half duplex).

max232 ttl rs232 half-duplex converter
Convert the RS232 level to TTL using a MAX232 chip
Use the TX line to trigger a re-triggerable monastable.
The output of the monostable is used to switch the RS485 chip to transmit mode.
The period of the monostable is a bit longer than the baud rate.
