From where i can down load the free version for Leonardo spectrum? Is that compatible with Xilinx ISE 7.1i (free web pack) .regards

I guess there is no free version of Leonardo spectrum. you can get an evaluation version from the website.

| yes, that is compatible with Xilinx ISE 7.1i, you can download the free version cd.
