Hi,

Does anybody suggest me a output stage in opamp that can be rail-to-rail, in CMOS?

common-source output stage can realize near rail-to-rail output

Sorry that not helping you
... but.. I ma very curious that is there any topology can achieve REAL rail-to-rail output swing in CMOS amplifier (sorry that I haven't search around before asking Razz)
