1) For people looking for some MATLAB program with source code. visit
http://www.comp.hkbu.edu.hk/~vincent/resPaper.htm
There u will find a matlab code in zip format.
2)
For people who needs fingerprint code to be used in their VB or VC application but don't have concern with the code, please visit mathworks.com and search for "fingerprint recognition toolbox" .
Open that project in MATLAB. ADD path of that directory in the matlab by using the command "addpath('C:\....')"
Then type "comtool" in the command window and create a DLL component from it . After that use that DLL in either of your project whether it is in VB or VC or .net. It works on all.

I'm a student of Polytechnic university (Vietnam) and I also do my project (fingerprint recognition system) this term. I plan compile the function written in Matlab to .dll afterthat I'll call it from VC++.But now I don't know how to do that
I've a little knowledge about Matlab (I'm just a beginner in Matlab).Can you give me more information how to compile from .m-file to dll or C++ code.Please give me detail (step to step).
and how to open .P-file in Matlab.I use Matlab editor but I can't see any thing.
Please help me becase a have a little time for my project.

I am making a project on Fingerprint Verification using Fingercodes.
Can someone please help me with matlab codes for the same. Also, I wish to know how to view .p files in matlab??

first of all thanks for posting the source code for finger print recognition....I need some help..i request you to provide the source code with files having .m extention rather than with .p extention....so i request all the people who have the above stated one to please upload as soon as possible as i badly need it at this instant....u can also mail the same..

can i know how to use fingerprint toolbox in matlab?
error messege is like this:

i had searched for many sites but i cannt exactly found the source code for fingerprint matching but i got many images regarding it so if possible plz tell me about codings in any pgmg language

hi
im new member nd getting source code frm this link

but i have problem.When i run this program i can use all its application but at last step it require matching fingerprint but it opens a window when i click on this it require .dat file. How will .dat file will match with .tif file. and how can i obtain this .dat file( using which instrument).
