In my opinion, for analog design the most popular books are:

"CMOS Analog Circuit design" by Allen, Holberg

"Analysis and Design of Analog Integrated Circuits" by Grey, Meyer

"CMOS Circuit Design, Layout, and Simulation" by Jacob Baker

grey & meyer and razavi's book are very good to start with, provided you have basic electronics knowledge.
I would suggest sedra & smith as a bridge between meyer and the undergrduate electronics.

In my opinion,
razavi's is the most easy-to-read book for beginner. he cover the all fundamental knowledge about analog ic, and use 'intuitive' analysis method extensively.
allen's is a formal textbook for systematic study. I think this is the 1st choice for those who have basic ME background.
grey's is a complete reference book but not suitable for beginner for its plentiful advanced knowledge.

If u are looking for basic knowledge then refer the Sedr/Smith Book titled Microelectronics Circuits else the books refered by my friends above are enough for getting into the Analog one.
