I need to buy cheap In-system prorgamming or 8051/2 Programmer so do you sell 3 to 5 of these stuff. In the future I may require to buy more than 10 stuff.

It depends on what type of chip you are talking about. There are a dussin different companies who make these chips and they are all different.
