what is the most advanced tech for 3dB hybrid design?
how about stripline?offset parallel coupled line?reentrant design?

Hi,

I think for such tight coupling as 3 dB, the best solution is so called Wiggly coupler (non-uniform coupler with saw-tooth like shape)
