Hi all
EzPCB's own assembly line is working now. The manager of our assembly line is Mr Zeng, a very experienced assembly engineer and used to be the manager of another big company. We'll offer you the best service even you have only 1 board to make.

What are the costings for the board, I am planning to open a small business in the Philippines to sell kits and trainers.

Most board for the design will be only single layer board. I think US$50.00 is too high even for doablue sided, as you can see, currency in our place is Philippine Peso and very unstable.
As of now PCB's are done using UV Reactive Presensitized Boards, that is quite cheaper, I am thinking also of your shipement to my side (the costs).

Yes there're many cheaper manufacturers in China, if you don't care about the quality. But we don't like to do business with them. Shipping to philippines ($30 for 500g by Fedex or DHL) is not cost effective for you. I think you'd better find some local vendors according to your requirements.
