i have to design a memory system , in the microcontroller (8051) project < im an amatuer , the components are 2 latches 74373 , switches , ram 6264 , 7 segment , counter 74890 8 bit, any one can help me to get the desgin graph , and everthing

im an amateur and i know one thing that i have a microcontroller project, i have mentioned the components , i have to use them to design a Memory system
, i want the design of the ic's

As I see it you want to create the very basic 8051 development board/emulator.
Search edaboard for the book of Sencer Reyalan, there you can get a diagram from the book.

theres no book of Sencer Reyalan in the forums !!!!!!
i found a file here and its 1.3 mega and it does not work
