I would like to organize small software development company in my country.
It is interesten filde of business and I have a little expirince in this filde.
Market of embedded software development will be growing in next years.
It is good for business.
What are the key factors for new bussines in this field in your opinion?
Do you know consulting company in this scector of economic? I need consulting service.
How much money needs in order to build strong company?

I think it is no sense to build company only for local market.
It is globalization age now that's why it needs to direct at global market.
Local market is important only point of view to hire qualified specialists.
My country has good education. However potencial workers haven't enough experience. It is a problem. But they cost inexpensive and have grate potencial evolution.

It is good idea but local market developed too bad.
Existing companies work for forigen country.
Local market technology level is much less than global market needs.
Company experience on local market doesn't help to get competitive ability on global market.
I think more better begin just global market.

You will need an expirianced embedded programmer's and an expirianced hardware engineer for start
you can start your buisniss from you own home and when you grow move to a larger place
