Can anyone share a CST model or any goos reference for this transitions at 40GHz. I am interesting on any transition structure.

I guess you mean a simple rectangular wg not a ridged one etc.
I uploaded four papers with mmwave cases - not exactly 40 GHz, but useful.

Hi,

Why are you using a time domain solver for a problem in the 40Ghz range ? As the frequency increases smaller timesteps are needed which requires finer gridding and longer simulation times.

Have you tried using a freq. domain simulator ?

Realy it's the solver I have access.

But simulation is not a big problem, it needs a razonable time. I am looking for information about a good structure, and that need a non complicate mechanical.

It's a 28-32GHz microstrip-to-waveguide transition (optimized CST project, results not included). Very sensitive to microstrip width in waveguide wall region.
