Hello,
I have a devlpt board with a Xilinx spartan 3 FPGA Plus a smsc IC (USN Interface)
I need a USB Controller in the FPGA to be able to connect to a PC.
Do you know if I can find it for free ?

| http://www.opencores.org seems to be down at the moment, but they do have USB cores I believe. Check it out when/if you can get in...

maybe you need modify the code from there for your usage. so you need read usb protocol the firstly
