limiting amplifier

I was thinking of an implementation of a peak detector using a 10Ghz Limiting amplifier, and a diode in series just on its output. (the diode output is going back as a negative feedback to the amplifier negative input).

Are there shotkey diodes that can handle a 10Ghz signal?

Thanks..
