I installed this program, but it does not work.
Writting "0,001 is not a valid floating point value"
What does it mean?
How I can run this program?

Maybe you use "." instead ","

It does mean that "," is not valid for floating point value, use "." in Windows
Regions/Languages Properties for default language
Then it does work
