What is spectre? If it is a kind of circuit I dont have any idea about it.

I know its theorotical calculation. Are there any transistor in circuit?

There is a Pole Zero analyses (pz) in Spectre (I saw it in 5.0.33, it was not available in the previous version I used, 4.4.6). I am not sure if that is what you need and if this is also available in SpectreS. Check the Cadence documentation! (e.g. Spectre User Guide)
