I need to learn Sigma - Delta ADC. Where should I start and what are the related notes or books? Also I think I need to use MATLAB for modeling them. I know MATLAB, so where am I suppose to find it.

Are they difficult?

try to find in the forum, there a several book about this, i think this book is more suitable for study.

u can search in GOOGLE.COM for some model of sigma-delta .and the mathwork.com support a very good tool to design sigma-delta,but first of all,you should understand what is sigma-delta!

Thanks, I have started to look at the topics. Thanks to the Opamp741 for sharing his\her book.

Are there examples of ADC in MATLAB with regard to ΣΔ topics?

Look for

" SDT toolbox"

downloadable on the matlab homepage.

It has been written at the oregon uni (Schreier and co.) and is an excellent tool to design, learn and implement it.

There is a very good tutorial on Sigma Delta by Motorola... Its very basic are I found it very useful..
I dont have a soft copy of that right now. you can search that in Google.
