For example, Cherenkov radiation is a topic in relativistic Electromagnetic fields. You can refer Classical Electrodynamics by David Jackson. The last several chapters in the book cover this theory.

You can find these in
1.Feynman Lectures on physics Vol II Ch 25,26,27
2.John David Jackson : Classical Electrodynamics
3.Classical theory of fields by Lev Landau
4.There is an online free book called: Electromagnetic Fiel theory by Bo Thide

As far as i know, good introductory books about relativity are published
from Dover publications, US. The one with title ' the principle of relativity'
has the english translated versions of the original Einstein's german paper about
special and general relativity. As a non-physist, I was just amazed from Albert's strong statements about the feeling of time, space and speed.
