I'm from WenZhou China,have 10 years of experience.I want to found a MCU system design team.I have some projects now.anyone who interested in this plan please contact me.

procedure waitting for discuss:
1.Get some request from customers.Someone of us who get the project will be the organizer of the project.
2.The organizer decompose the project,write the document & the request.Send the document to us by email.
3.Anyone who familiar whith one part of the projet will send request to the organizer.
4.The organizer decide who will take part in the project and send acknowlidgement mail to us.
5.Everyone who take part in the project complete the design and send it to the organizer.
6.The orgnizer take charge of the project and complete the system.Then get payment from the customer and share with everyone who take part in the project.
Let's make up a great team! a open resource team.No leader! but everyone can be a leader!(of a project)

Here is my opinion:
The real system(target board,some actuating mechanism and etc.)will only make up in the organizer's place.software,schematic diagram,PCB design can be designed in other place,but infinaly,PCB will be produced at the organizer's place,and the whole system will be put up and tested at the organizer's place too. so,the organizer will do more things and maybe ought to earn more mony in the project.
